The reception constitutes the most important administrative point in the camping, therefore it is open during a wide timetable. Here you will carry out the inscription, the accommodation and camping checking out, among other functions. In the reception you will get information about the campsite activities and timetables; you can acquire tickets for the theme parks and waterparks; and you can perform as well bike and cars or excursions rental. In reception we offer the Internet connection service. Your curiosities are ours, so any  consultation or information requests will be complied with kindness and  professionalism.

The reception is located in the campsite entrance, next to the vehicle access control barriers. The access is possible from the campsite exterior as well from the interior side. Both access are adapted with a ramp.

- daily from 8.00 am till 22.00 pm during summer time

- daily from 9.00 am till 21.00 pm the rest of season

during the months when the campsite is closed, the reception will be opened from Monday to Friday in a reduced timetable.
